We are a Family business based in West Sussex and have been manufacturing Memory Foam mattresses for many years. Our primary source of business is in fact supplying polyurethane foam to the upholstery and packaging industry but in recent years we have started supplying our BodyMould mattresses to people all over the world.
BodyMould are a fairly small business and offer the personal touch that a lot of companies simply don’t. One of our largest forms of business is to supply chiropractic clinics and osteopaths with whom we work on a recommendation basis. We thrive on these recommendations, and as such it is always of utmost importance to us to please each and every one of our customers. Memory foam hasn’t been on the UK market for too long but we have been using it from when it was first introduced, this has enabled us to become familiar with the product in a way that many other companies are not. As you can imagine there are hundreds of different grades of foam on the market and thousands of combinations and we feel we have taken the best from these and introduced them to our range.
Our foam is manufactured in the UK and supplied to us in block form. These ‘blocks’ weigh in at nearly 200kg in some cases are difficult to handle. We use only the most up-to-date machinery to transform these foam blocks into quality mattresses. In our 10,000 sq. ft. Factory, we have been perfecting this process for over 10 years.
